Delivery a nightmare.

Requested delivery for Friday. Didn’t make it. Asked UPS to delivery on Monday. UPS had their number, and owners posted them at entrance. Another was made, no calls, and they left. On Tuesday, they never called, and left package at doorstep. $15 delivery charge, plus $3 requiring a signature, because it is alcohol, resulted in a 5-day delay. UPS is equally to blame, but BroBaskets restrictions on delivering alcohol caused this issue, and I paid extra for it! I’ve had alcohol delivered to my house in NY many times, and a signature was never required. Feel this is a $3 money grab to supplement a $15 delivery charge. Outrageous. Never again.
